Kings Mason is a nice spacious house just minutes away from the nightlife in downtown Jaco. You can walk to the beach or take a short drive downtown in less than 2 minutes. There you will find restaurants, bars, grocery stores, casinos (Crocs and Cocal), and more.

You’ll be amazed at the outdoor space, pool, and BBQ area. The house just offers the best place to relax and have fun at the same time. The house is perfect for families with kids, couples, and groups of friends who want to have a great time! The first thing you see when you enter the property through the front gate or garage door is a tropical garden with a pathway that leads either to the house, pool, or BBQ area.

The first floor has a living room, TV room, pool table, dining and kitchen areas which are all open. One can walk out to a vestibule that leads to the pool area which is equipped with an outdoor shower and half bathroom. On the same floor, there are two rooms, each with one full bed and one of them with a 43″ TV. Both share a detached full bathroom.

Upstairs you will find a separate room with a full bed, A/C and Smart 32″ TV. The master bedroom is very spacious with its own walking closet and master bathroom. It has a Smart 52″ TV, A/C, and an outside terrace overlooking the pool and BBQ area.
